Happy Memorial Day Monday Everyone! We have come to the end of another #30DayChallenge and I just want to thank you for your participation. I know many of you have stepped up to the plate during this challenge and I applaud you for your efforts and successes! I’m truly proud of each of you. Since today is a Holiday where there are plenty of cookouts I am going to end the challenge today. So feel free to eat hot dogs and burgers today with all the fixings!!! I have attached a link below that will give you tips on how to eat healthier even at a cookout so check it out and be inspired!

However I do have this huge request whatever you decide to do today take a moment to PRAY at 3pm for our nation, the leadership of our nation, those actively serving in our military and the families of those who have lost loved ones while serving in the military in war and/or in peace time. We are truly blessed as a nation to experience the liberties that many countries outside of the USA fail to enjoy. So let’s be thankful this Memorial Day. Let’s remember and honor those who gave their lives for the freedoms we so richly enjoy. The next 30 day challenge will begin next Monday June 2nd, 2014! Weigh yourself today and let me know how you did on this challenge. Love you bunches!!! Let’s get it!!!
