Getting Fit Is Not An Event!!!

It’s Day 29 of our #30DayChallenge how are you doing? I hope things are going well for you. Well the challenge is almost over so let’s make these last 2 days really count. I’m so proud of each of you for going the distance and not giving up even after possibly having a bad day or 2 or 3…(lol) Remember this is not an event its a destination.  So we will keep going until we get to our respective destinations (goals). So make plans to join me on my next challenge starting next Monday March 17th! Let’s get it!
