Day 2 – The Power of Tracking Your Food Intake

Happy Tuesday Everyone! How did your 1st day on the challenge go? I hope you got off to a great start! I just want to remind everyone to download the MyFitnessPal app on your smartphone or tablet and add me as a friend on there. My username is monicaakerele. I cannot over emphasize the importance of tracking your food intake daily. Remember you cannot manage what you do not measure. I know this may not be a fun process but It’s a necessary & eye opening discipline that will go a long way in helping you to manage your food intake on a daily basis. Your goal is to stay within your calorie allotment for the day and not to eat the exercise calories you earned, that’s how you lose weight! Sorry this post was a little heavy but if we don’t tackle this discipline it will be hard to be successful on this challenge & I truly want each of you to be successful! Love you guys!
