September Challenge Update

Hey guys I just wanted to check in and let you know that I will be taking a break from the 30 day challenge for the month of September. I’m going on a hiatus to focus on some things that I have been putting off for awhile now but I will be back and ready to go in October! Until then continue to exercise, eat clean and get your 8 hours of sleep daily. Remember YOU are worth it. Much love to you. I’m praying and believing for your improved health and success.
