Make This Weekend Great & Healthy!


TGIF! I pray that you are headed into a Great & Healthy weekend! It is day 26 of our 30 day challenge! That means we have a little less than 5 days left on this challenge! So let’s finish strong. Eat clean, stay sugar free and starch free and get your exercise and 8 hours of sleep in. Our final weigh in will be on July 1st. We will start the next 30 day challenge on July 1st! I’m excited about what your final results will be! Stay focused on your goals!!! Let’s get it!
