Take the 30 Day Challenge!

Are you interested in losing weight, getting fit and becoming healthier? If you answered yes then consider taking a 30 day challenge with me starting on Monday September 9th 2013! On this challenge we eat clean – no processed foods, eliminate sugar that is not in its natural form, either eliminate starches or limit starch to one per day, exercise for 30-45 minutes 3-5 days a week & lastly get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night!
