#FALLISHERE🍁 Choosing Healthy Family!!! You know what this means right??? We can begin to take advantage of outside exercise without having to endure the heat as much as we did during the summer!!!! Woohoo!!! This is really great as we begin to head into the holiday season in the 3rd quarter of 2021. Where is your favorite place to walk jog or run during the Fall Season? Try to prioritize getting some exercise in this season, walking and some form of resistance training honestly is best in my book but do what you feel will be best for you! The most important thing is to incorporate some form of activity/exercise in your life at least 3 times weekly.
