My Sauteed Green Beans Recipe

My Keto Recipe Pick of the week is my very own Sauteed Green Beans Recipe featuring some of my tomatoes from my garden. I’ve been asked from many of my followers to share my recipe, so here it is!!! I hope it’s worth the wait!!!


1- 12-16 oz bag of fresh or frozen organic cut green beans
1 tsp of garlic
1/2 or 1 cup of sliced red or yellow onions (or none if you don’t like onions)
1 large tomato chopped into small chunks
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp of Charlie’s Spicy Seasoning Blend (or more if you like it really spicy) (Buy 2 get 2 Free through 9/30/2020)
1 tbsp of Better Than Bouillon Organic  Chicken Base (if vegan/vegetarian you can omit this ingredient)


Put 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a sauce pan and let it heat up on low heat. Add garlic to the oil and let cook shortly (1-2 mins) until fragrant then add the sliced onions and saute it for at least 2-3 minutes. Then add the fresh tomato chunks and saute it stirring frequently. Add the organic chicken base, Charlie’s Spicy Seasoning Blend and salt and add the organic green beans. Stir frequently until the green beans are softened but not overcooked, generally about 5 minutes or less.
