Let’s Finish August 2020 Self-care Strong!!! Let’s go!!! πŸ’ͺ🏿πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏻

Happy Monday!!! This is the last week of our August 2020 Self-care challenge!!! Let’s finish this week/month strong!!! Let’s make sure we are consistently doing the following!

  • Eat clean whole foods (not processed)
  • Intermittent fasting for at least 16 hours daily with an 8 hour eating window
  • Eat Ketogenic macros (20% Protein, 5-10% carbs and 70-75% healthy fats)
  • Eliminate snacking, eating sugar & starchy carbs
  • Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes or more!!!
  • Sleep for at least 7-9 hours daily
  • Practice self-care strategies that will help you with reducing stress like yoga, meditation, prayer, reading, walking etc…
  • Believe that you can do it and speak it in to the atmosphere!!! Speak Life and life will manifest!!! πŸ’―
