Happy Sunday Keto Family and Happy Father’s Day to all of the Fathers reading this post TODAY!!! I appreciate and celebrate each of you! It’s time for our 2nd weigh in for this month’s challenge! Let me know what scale and/or non-scale victories or challenges you’ve experienced so far this month! Continue to manage what’s inside of your house and change the atmosphere and contents so that it’s conducive for you to achieve your goals. Continue to exercise at least 3-5 days weekly, engage in self-care activities, get adequate sleep and get rid of any snacks/sweets/carbs that will inhibit your progress towards achieving your goals. You’ve got this Keto Fam!!! Lastly I want to encourage you to take advantage of the individual and group motivational coaching opportunities that I have available. Happy #ThankfulThursday!!! How are you doing Keto Family???!!! It’s our first weigh day for this month! How did the first 10 days of this challenge of Eating Clean, Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Self-Care and Exercise go for you? Let me know what scale and/or non-scale victories you’ve experienced so far this month! I’ve personally lost 3 pounds so far this month and I’m super grateful for that and I know it’s as a result of eating a keto diet, getting consistent exercise and intermittent fasting/time restricted eating.

What about you??? If you haven’t had much progress on the scale or if you have gained weight during this season of social distancing try your best to eliminate snacking in between meals for the rest of the month, do some carb distancing (low carb/keto eating) and refrain from eating sweets where at all possible. Remember take it one day at a time. You’ve got this Fam! I’m rooting for you and praying for your progress!!! πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ

Growing your own food is truly a blessing and is something that we should all aspire to. Even if you live in an apartment there are some in home or patio planter options available to you. The pictures above are from my garden and these are the vegetables that are currently growing in it. I decided this year that I was going to step out on faith and do it. It’s not too late to get started. I highly encourage each of you if you can to start your own garden so you can have healthy food readily available and accessible to you and your family. Happy Monday and welcome to the start of our June Mid-year 2020 Motivational Challenge of Eating Clean, Keto, IF, Exercise and Self-Care! Are you ready to practice some #CarbDistancing and some #SugarDistancing this month??

If yes let’s:

1) Get started, step on a scale and write down your starting weight! πŸ”₯

2) Lay aside ALL #excuses and make your mind up to go and get after your goals! πŸ’―

3) Think, #pray and declare with your mouth that you are going to make #healthy changes that will align with your #goals and intention for this month. πŸ™πŸΎ

4) Write out your Goals/Action Plan for this month, for example:

  • Lose weight – 1-2 pounds weekly
  • Exercise 3-5 days a week
  • Eat Clean Non-GMO/Organic (no processed foods)
  • Reduce or Eliminate Starchy carbs/sugar (20-40 total carbs daily)
  • Get more sleep (7-9 hours daily)
  • Reduce Stress by practicing mindfulness, yoga, breathing exercises, prayer and/or etc…

Add any other goals you may have…

5) Get healthy (if possible organic/non-gmo) fresh or frozen foods and throw away any processed food left in your home to eliminate temptation. (For example candy, chips, sugary/high carb snacks, cookies, etc.) πŸ₯‘πŸ₯¦πŸŒΆοΈ

6) Exercise 3-5 days weekly be sure to practice #socialdistancing while doing it!!! πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΏβ€β™‚οΈ

7) Execute your action #plan and stay #consistent! πŸ’―
