Happy Hump Day! It’s weigh day! Let me know what scale and/or non-scale victories you’ve experienced so far this month! For me I’ve lost the weight that I gained on the cruise I went on last month and lost 2 extra pounds on top of that! I’ve stepped up my resistance training and I’m definitely losing inches as a result of that and my keto diet. What about you???
