Happy Saturday!!! It is day 21 of our Keto and Exercise Challenge for this month and it’s also our official 2nd weigh in day for this month!!! We are weighing in every 10 days to check on our progress. Take a moment to weigh in either today or tomorrow morning and let me know what progress you have made so far this month. I’m grateful to report that I’ve already lost a total of 14 pounds so far this month!!!
I’ve lost 14 pounds by implementing both the ketogenic way of eating and the intermittent fasting pattern of eating within a 4 hour window. I also included a couple extending fasting days to help me break through a plateau that I was experiencing. I have consistently exercised for at least 30-60 minutes a day. I also made sure to include at least 2 days of strength training per week.
