It’s Our 10 Day Weigh In Check In and More!!! Let’s Go!!! 🔥

Happy Hump Day Everyone! It is day 11 of our Keto and Exercise Challenge for this month!!! I am so excited about it because I can already see progress on the scale and in my clothes! After every 10 days in this challenge we will weigh in and check in on our progress. Weigh in either today or tomorrow morning and let me know what progress you have made so far this month. I’m grateful to report that I’ve already lost 6 pounds so far this month!!!

I lost 6 pounds by consistently implementing both the Ketogenic way of eating and the intermittent fasting pattern of eating within a 4-6 hour window from 4-8pm or 4-10pm daily. I have also consistently exercised for at least 60 minutes a day. I also made sure to include at least 2 days of strength training per week.
