Happy Saturday Everyone!!! Can you believe that it’s already day 27 of our #30DayChallenge?! How are you doing? Are you making progress? Well on November 1st we will have our final weigh in so get prepared to report back your final results for this month! What is your #exercise plan for this weekend? TGIF Everyone!!! How are you doing? I hope you had a phenomenally healthy, active and productive week! As we head midway into this 30 Day Challenge remember to limit your carbs. The best way to get out of ketosis (fat burning mode) and to sabotage your efforts is to eat starchy and sweet carbs! So FLEE carbtation (temptation) LOL!!! Our October 2017 #30DayChallenge Starts Today!!!

Welcome to our October 2017 #30DayChallenge! I’m excited that you are starting this month off right by taking this challenge with me! Can you believe that this is literally the last quarter of the year!!!??? So let’s hit the ground running and be absolutely intentional about finishing this year strong!!! πŸ’―

In this challenge we will be eating the #Ketogenic way, eating clean with no processed foods & no added sugar or starches. This includes eating moderate amounts of lean protein, generous amounts of healthy fats including nuts and seeds, coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, grass fed butter and more. We will also eat vegetables & low glycemic fruit such as blueberries, raspberries and strawberries! Our other goals for this challenge is to exercise (3-5 days weekly), eliminate/reduce stress in your life and commit to getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily! In addition I recommend you switching to eating organic and/or Non-GMO food. Below are labels that show you how you can identify foods that are organic and/or Non-GMO.

If you are still on the fence about starting this challenge do what you can. Start small by committing to exercising at least 30 minutes or more per day for at least 3 days per week and by eliminating all processed foods & added sugars.
