It will literally have you questioning the way you have been eating and will motivate you to make the necessary changes to have a healthier life. Sugar Is NOT My Friend! It’s Not Yours Either! Find Out Why Here!!!


Sugar is NOT my friend it is my enemy!!! There is a staggering statistic that over 50% of Americans are insulin resistant/Pre-diabetic. We should not ignore THIS statistic. I have included a link below that explains why we need to reduce or eliminate sugar from our diets before its too late. I have made the decision to totally eliminate added sugar from my diet because for me diabetes is something that is 3 generations strong in my family. The buck stops here!!! Me nor my children and generations that follow will have this metabolic disease. Even if you have Diabetes today this is something that can be reversed through diet. So don’t throw in the towel just because you have been given this diagnosis. Let’s put in the work and eliminate added sugar, starchy carbs and grains from your diet!!! YOU are so worth it!!! Happy Independence Day!!! While I was on my way to the gym today I was inspired to create this quick song that you will hear on this video below. During the month of June I lost a total of 13 pounds and in July I am determined to do the same if not more. For those of you that don’t know I am turning 40 in September so I have a goal weight that I want to reach by my 40th birthday!!! As a result I decided to skip the 4th of July cookout scene and just hit the gym. Why? Because I’m on a mission and people who are on a mission don’t allow themselves to be tempted or sidetracked. If you are able to withstand temptation while at a cookout then more power to ya! But as for me and my house…Lol! Anyway let this song inspire you to love yourself enough to keep going and to never give up until you reach your goals!!!

Welcome To Our July #Keto #30DayChallenge!!!

Happy Sunday!!! I’m excited that you are starting this month off right by taking this #Keto challenge with me! When you make the decision to join this challenge you are making the decision to eat clean (no processed food & no added sugar or starches), exercise (3-5 days weekly), eliminate/reduce stress in your life and commit to getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily! In addition I highly recommend you switching to eating organic and/or Non-GMO food.

If you are still on the fence about starting this challenge do what you can. Start small by committing to exercising at least 30 minutes or more per day for at least 3 days per week and by eliminating all processed foods.

I literally lost 13 pounds in the month of June by adopting this way of eating along with intermittent fasting and exercise. Let me know if you are with me by responding to this post or by sending me a personal message by saying, I’M IN!
