It’s April FIT Day!

Happy April FIT Day! You are definitely NOT a fool! Because It’s a NEW Month! A NEW Day! A NEW Challenge & YOU are 1 step closer to a NEW YOU! So Let’s get it!!!

I am happy to announce that there are 3 challenge options for this month:
30 days of no added sugar outside of fruit. No pasta, no rice, no bread and no potatoes. So you eat lean meat, vegetables, fruit, Greek yogurt with no added sugar (Dannon Triple Zero), beans, nuts, hummus, eggs, green tea, herbal teas, black coffee, almond milk, protein powder for smoothies. Limit dairy where at all possible.
Paleo Diet – Pretty close to #1 but no beans and some nuts are eliminated. Check it out at. ultimatepaleoguide.com/paleo-diet-food-list/

Green Smoothie Diet: This is a 10 day detox/cleanse that can jump start your weight loss at the beginning of the challenge. I and some friends of mine have tried this and have lost 5+ pounds each time we do it. You can find more details on this at 10-day-green-smoothie-cleanse-by-jj-smith-2014-what-to-eat-and-foods-to-avoid-food-list/

What you decide to do this month is up to you. I will more than likely do a combo of all 3 above. The ultimate goal of this challenge is this.

Eat Clean! No processed foods!
Get Sleep! 8 hours of sleep!
Exercise! 3-5 days a week for at least 30-60 mins each session! I plan on integrating this into my exercise plan for the month as well in addition to my 5 day 1 hour workouts. the-scientific-7-minute-workout/

So let’s get it in my friends & make this month of April, Fit, Fabulous and Fun!

Much Love!

  1. I’ve been trying to switch to a Paleo diet, but it’s quite the work. Meal planning is hard. I like the simple no pasta, bread, rice or potato. I’m gonna try that for the month. Wish me luck!
